Mouth-blown opal glass – Floor lamp FLOS Glo-Ball Floor 1

The design of the modern floor lamp Glo-Ball Floor 1 consists of a restrained, filigree steel frame in black, which holds a large, white ball shade. This ball, whose shape is intended to be somewhat reminiscent of the moon, is made of high-quality, mouth-blown opal glass, which emits the light of the interior bulb quite gently and glare-free into the environment. The resulting light creates a uniquely atmospheric mood, which is perfect, for example, as an additional ambient light in the living room at home. But the lamp can also be used in bedrooms. Thanks to the dimmer, which is attached to the supply cable, the light can be adjusted and varied in brightness at any time.

The design of the extraordinary floor lamp Glo-Ball Floor 1 comes from the pen of the British product and furniture designer Jasper Morrison, who created this family of lamps back in 1998 for the Italian brand manufacturer FLOS.
